The unit operates as a bypass filtration system, continuously cleaning oil without interrupting system operation.

• A small volume of oil is taken from the system
• Oil passes slowly through a high-efficiency cellulose filter
• Contamination and water are removed
• Clean oil is returned back to the system

This controlled process enables 3 micron absolute filtration and removes up to 99.9% of water, helping maintain optimal oil condition and extend service intervals.

🔹 Installation (Simple & Non-Intrusive)

The MDU9758KU06 is designed for quick, straightforward installation into existing systems.

The system is installed using:

• A pressure feed (inlet) from a low-pressure point
• A low-pressure return (outlet) back to the tank or sump

Typical setup:

1. Feed Line (Pressure Side)

• Take from an oil gallery, auxiliary port, or low-pressure hydraulic point

2. Return Line (Low Pressure)

• Return to sump, tank, or filler point
• Typically via dipstick or return fitting

3. Mounting

• Install vertically using the supplied bracket
• Keep hose runs short and direct
• Ensure easy access for servicing

Important: Always use a low-pressure feed. For hydraulic systems, a pressure reducing valve (PRV) may be required.
