Return & Refund Policy

Returns

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review the conditions below:

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging
  • Returns must be agreed in advance—please contact us before sending any goods back

Please note: we reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, the following items are non-returnable unless faulty:

  • Used or installed filtration products (including cartridges)
  • Oil or fuel sample kits once dispatched
  • Special order or made-to-order items
  • Opened consumables or items not in resalable condition

Faulty or Damaged Goods

If your item arrives damaged or faulty:

  • Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos and details of the issue
  • We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method
  • Please allow 3–5 working days for processing after receipt

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect
  • We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit

Exchanges

We are happy to offer exchanges where stock is available. Please contact us to arrange this.
