Order Processing
All orders are processed promptly upon receipt.
- In-stock items are typically dispatched within 1–2 working days
- Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed the next working day
- If there are any delays, we will contact you directly
Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or quoted separately where required.
- UK Standard Delivery: From £10.00 + VAT (carton shipments)
- Pallet Deliveries: Quoted based on weight and destination
- Large or bulk orders: May require specialist freight services
All deliveries are made via trusted courier or pallet networks.
Delivery Times
- UK Mainland: Typically 1–3 working days after dispatch
- Remote areas / Highlands: May take longer
Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Pallet & Bulk Deliveries
For larger orders:
- Goods may be delivered on a pallet
- Standard pallet size approx. 120cm x 100–120cm footprint
- Customer must ensure suitable access and unloading facilities
If you have specific delivery requirements, please inform us at the time of ordering.
International Shipping
We can ship internationally—please contact us for a quotation.
- Shipping costs, duties, and taxes will vary by destination
- Customers are responsible for any import duties or customs charges
Delivery Conditions
- Deliveries must be signed for upon receipt
- Please check goods on arrival and report any damage within 48 hours
- We cannot accept claims for damage reported after this time
Failed Deliveries
If delivery cannot be completed due to:
- Incorrect address
- No one available to receive goods
- Access issues
Additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery.
