🔹 How It Works

The SDU9788KU85 operates as a bypass filtration system, meaning it filters a small proportion of oil continuously without interrupting the main system operation.

• A controlled flow of oil is taken from the system
• Oil passes slowly through a high-efficiency cellulose filter
• Contaminants and water are removed
• Clean oil is returned back to the system

Because the process is slow and controlled, it achieves ultra-fine filtration down to 3 microns and removes up to 99.9% of water, all without affecting system pressure or performance.

🔹 Installation (Simple & Non-Intrusive)

Installation is straightforward and designed to integrate easily into existing systems.

The unit is installed using:

• A pressure feed (inlet) taken from a low-pressure point in the system
• A low-pressure return (outlet) back to the tank, sump, or reservoir

Typical setup:

1. Feed Line (Pressure Side)
   Take a feed from an available port:
   • Engine oil gallery or auxiliary port
   • Hydraulic test point or low-pressure line
2. Return Line (Low Pressure)
   Return the filtered oil back to:
   • Tank or reservoir
   • Filler cap / dipstick return (engines)
   • Low-pressure return line (hydraulics)
3. Mounting
   • Install the unit vertically using the supplied bracket
   • Position close to the system for short hose runs
   • Ensure easy access for servicing

Because the system operates on a bypass principle, it does not interfere with normal operation and can run continuously while equipment is in use.
