🔹 How the System Works

KLEENOIL mobile and workstation systems are designed for simple, on-site operation:

• Position the unit close to the tank or system
• Connect to a suitable power source (typically 240V)
• Place the suction hose into the oil source
• Position the return hose back into the tank (ideally away from the feed point)
• Switch on and allow the system to prime

Filtration begins immediately and continues until the required cleanliness level is achieved. A before-and-after oil sample is recommended to confirm results.

• Cartridge replacement: Simple bolt-down lid system (see filter replacement instructions)
• Micromag (if fitted): Periodic wipe clean during servicing
