Operating as an off-line filtration system, the MS2 continuously circulates oil through its dual filtration vessels, removing contamination without interrupting system operation.

Utilising KLEENOIL’s proven cellulose filter technology, the system:

• Removes particulate contamination down to 3 microns
• Removes free and dissolved water contamination
• Achieves high levels of oil cleanliness (typically ISO 4406 14/9)

The twin-filter configuration delivers an approximate flow rate of 500 litres per hour, enabling rapid cleaning of tanks up to approximately 2000 litres, making it ideal for both maintenance and fluid recovery applications.

🔹 How the Mobile Filtration System Works

KLEENOIL mobile filtration systems are designed for simple, on-site operation, allowing you to quickly clean oil or fuel in tanks, IBCs, or machinery sumps.

At site:

• Position the unit as close as possible to the tank, IBC, or system
• Connect to a suitable power source (typically 240V)
• Place the feed hose into the tank (or connect to an available port – standard ¾")
• Position the return hose back into the tank, ideally as far from the feed point as practical to promote circulation

Once both hoses are submerged:

• Turn the isolator switch to ON
• Press the green start button
• Allow the system to prime—the filtration process begins immediately

The unit will continuously circulate and clean the oil. Run the system until the desired level of cleanliness is achieved. For best results, it is recommended to take a visual before-and-after sample to monitor improvement.

• Cartridge changes: Follow the standard replacement procedure (see “Filter Replacement” section in replacement cartridges )
• Micromag: Periodically wipe clean during cartridge changes
• General operation: The system is designed to be low maintenance and trouble-free
