The unit operates as a bypass filtration system, meaning it continuously cleans a small proportion of oil without affecting the main system operation.

• Oil is taken from a low-pressure point in the system

🔹 Installation (Simple & Non-Intrusive)

The HDU9778KU50 is designed for straightforward installation into existing systems with minimal disruption.

The system is installed using:

• A pressure feed (inlet) from a low-pressure point
• A low-pressure return (outlet) back to the tank or sump

Typical setup:

1. Feed Line (Pressure Side)

• Take from an oil gallery, auxiliary port, or low-pressure hydraulic point

2. Return Line (Low Pressure)

• Return to tank, sump, or filler point
• Ideally above oil level for visibility of flow

3. Mounting

• Install vertically using the supplied bracket
• Position close to the system to keep hose runs short
• Ensure easy access for servicing

Important: Always use a low-pressure feed. For hydraulic systems, a pressure reducing valve (PRV) may be required depending on the application.
