Designed for integration into pressurised hydraulic and lubrication systems, the unit operates via a controlled bypass circuit, ensuring oil is maintained in “as new” condition at all times.

Utilising a precision pressure regulation valve (PRV) assembly, the system safely reduces incoming pressure from up to 350 bar to an optimal filtration range, protecting both the filter media and the host system while maintaining stable operation.

Oil is continuously drawn from the system at a regulated low flow rate (approximately 4 litres per minute), allowing for ultra-fine filtration without impacting mainline pressure or performance. This slow, controlled process enables the removal of contaminants down to 3 micron absolute, along with up to 99.9% water removal, including free, emulsified, and dissolved moisture.

The result is a highly effective, non-intrusive filtration solution that significantly improves oil cleanliness, reduces wear, and extends machinery service intervals.
